Synopsis of In Front of Your Face

The famous Korean director Hong Sang-soo, who is good at exploring the emotional relationship between men and women in a minimalist way, has made his muse Kim Min-hee step behind the scenes in his new film "Before You", and invited senior Korean film and television actress Lee Hye-young to play the role of a middle-aged woman who has readjusted to Korean life. Living with her sister secretly, she made an appointment with a director to meet at a small bar in an alley in Seoul. Just as the two were talking and drinking, a thunderstorm suddenly started falling outside. Hong Changxiu's seemingly everyday behavior and charming dialogues, as well as the interactions between men and women, actually bring out the epiphany of life about aging and death.
