Synopsis of Lost in the Stars

In a country in Southeast Asia, a young man named He Fei (played by Zhu Yilong) frantically searches for his missing wife Li Muzi. However, the local police station turns a deaf ear, making him furious. But one early morning, He Fei suddenly found a strange woman lying next to him. What made him even more horrified was that the woman actually claimed to be his wife Li Muzi (played by Man Yongshan). In a panic, He calls in Chinese policeman Zheng Cheng (played by Du Jiang) to try to expose the faker's scam. Unexpectedly, various signs indicate that the stranger opposite is real. Faintly, He Fei believes that his wife has been kidnapped by a criminal gang, and he has no choice but to turn to the capable gold medal lawyer Chen Mai (played by Ni Ni) to pursue the truth. During the course of the investigation, subtle clues gradually surfaced, and the darker truth began to be exposed to the sun... This film is adapted from the former Soviet film "A Trap for the Bachelor".
