Synopsis of White House Down

Young Kyle (Channing Tatum) retired from the front line in Afghanistan and worked in the congressional security department. His ultimate dream is to protect U.S. President Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Kyle and his divorced wife have a daughter, Emily (played by Joey King), who is in elementary school. She has become a political fan because of her father's experience in enlisting in the army, especially admiring President Sawyer and the White House. In order to make his daughter happy, Kyle promised to take her on a one-day trip to the White House, and on the same day, he applied for a job in the Secret Service led by Carlo (Maggie Gyllenhaal). But on the same day, a group of unidentified militants sneaked into the White House in disguise and searched for President Sawyer. A bloody storm was about to begin. Can Kyle, who is visiting with his daughter, be able to rescue the president in the face of danger? Can Kyle protect his daughter at the same time? And is there a dirty secret hidden behind this unspecified violence?
