Synopsis of High Noon

There are many high-rise buildings, and Joe wants to jump off the building. At the critical moment, the female police officer Phoebe (played by Emily de Ravin) steps forward and skillfully resolves the crisis. Phoebe is a single mother who lives with her little girl Carl. Because of this rescue, she met Joe's boss Duncan, and the two fell in love. The successful rescue also earned Phoebe an award and promotion, and she taught her subordinates how to negotiate.
