Synopsis of The Execution of P

A newly married young police academy student agreed to help his senior on a mission at night in order to make money. Unexpectedly, one night of horrific and cruel actions made it difficult for him to face his future. Mandoza uses hand-held photography and violently shaking tracking shots, as if simulating a real violent incident, wandering between the black and white lines of morality. The large number of direct and bloody scenes of sex and killing are unbearable to watch, testing the limits of viewing and shocking the audience. The film controversially won the Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival that year.
