Synopsis of Super Size Me

This is an interesting documentary. In view of the relationship between McDonald's fast food and health problems such as obesity in the United States, Morgan planned an experimental plan to "try it out": for a month, he would not eat any other food except ordering food from McDonald's. After eating three meals a day at McDonald's, which bombarded his stomach and intestines, Morgan discovered drastic changes in his body: his weight soared by 30 pounds, his blood pressure soared, he was mentally exhausted, his breathing was stuffy, and his sex life quality plummeted. Morgan used his personal test results to tell those people who are attached to fast food how urgent it is to return to a healthy diet. Otherwise, just like what happened to Morgan, even his girlfriend will be scared away!
