Synopsis of Spin City Season 1
"Spin City" (English: Spin City) is a classic sitcom on NBC, set in New York City, USA. It premiered in the United States in 1996 and ran for six seasons. It was broadcast on TVB Pearl in 1997. The play depicts that although New York City Mayor Randall Winston is a master of campaigning, he knows nothing about managing the city, so the actual work is handled by Deputy Mayor Mike Flaherty, and Mike is also the protagonist of the play.
