Synopsis of Dreamgirls

In Detroit in the 1960s, three black girls Tina (played by Beyonce Knowles), Efe (played by Jennifer Hudson) and Laurel (played by Anika Noni Rose) formed They formed a "dream" group and were determined to develop a singing career in the talent show.
