Synopsis of Blow Dry

Phil (Alan Rickman) is a hairstylist. He and his wife Sally (Natasha Richardson) run a hair salon and are the envy of everyone in the industry. Dependent couple. To everyone's surprise, Sally actually left Phil. Not only that, she also opened a hair salon and became Phil's competitor. Phil was devastated by his wife's betrayal. In the depression day after day, he gradually forgot his dream. By chance, Phil learned that a national hairdressing competition was about to be held in his small town. After repeated ideological struggles, he decided to regain his dream and enter the competition again. Also participating is Sally and Phil's old rival Lei (played by Bill Nighy).
