Synopsis of Monochrome Factor

Erkaidang Chang (voiced by Ono Daisuke) is a delinquent boy with a withdrawn personality who doesn't like to go to school. On his way to skip school, Chang met a mysterious man in black. The man's name is Shirogane (voiced by Junichi Suwabe). He told Chang that he and Chang had an inseparable bond, and agreed to meet Chang at the school building at ten o'clock in the evening. Chang didn't take this seriously, but what he didn't expect was that through this meeting, a new world of light and shadow would unfold in front of Chang. In the school building, Chang was attacked by a mysterious monster. Although he was rescued by Bai Yin, Chang lost his shadow forever. In order to maintain his sense of existence, Chang signed a contract with Baiyin, and Baiyin became Chang's temporary shadow. After that, the monster called "Black Demon" continued to harass the two of them, and Chang was also involved in a battle for shadows.
