Love Letters of a Portuguese Nun

Synopsis of Love Letters of a Portuguese Nun

The 15-year-old girl Mary Rosaria (Susan Hemingway) was seen playing with her fiancé Cristóbal in the suburbs. Father Vincent (William Berger) accused her of being lewd and obscene. Unchaste. Under Vincent's intimidation, Mary's mother (Patricia Da Silva) was forced to donate her savings and send her daughter to the Seradaris Monastery. The monastery appeared to be strictly forbidden to piety, and Mary entered not only to have her virginity checked, but also to recount her sins and to undergo three days of penance and prayer. However, the so-called piety seems to be just an illusion. Secretly, the nuns worship the Devil Satan (Herbert Fux) and hold evil and wild rituals. Mary tried to escape, but was tipped off and faced a severe trial. Suffering physical and mental pain, Mary had no choice but to write a letter to the Supreme God...
