Synopsis of The Prince & Me
Another romantic comedy film that tells the story of Cinderella. This time the heroine is Peggy (Julia Stiles), who also has a simple family background, beautiful appearance and a budding love for the Mr. Right to appear soon. She met a young man named Eddie (Luke Mably), who came from the Danish royal family and came to look for the wild American college life in her impression. The two met due to a misunderstanding, and gradually became incompatible with each other. They supported each other, and their relationship became deeper and deeper day by day. Peggy even invited Eddie to come to her hometown to live a pastoral life, and love took root among the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers. However, Eddie, as a Danish prince, and Peggy, an American common girl, have very different statuses after all. When Peggy finally entered the Danish royal family and prepared to spend a long time with the prince, the red tape of the palace made her very uncomfortable. Peggy thought twice and decided to say goodbye to Eddie and return to the United States to continue studying. Are Cinderella and the prince destined to belong to different worlds?
