# Synopsis of Sword In The Moon

This film is adapted from the true event "Injo Anyway" in Korean history in the early 17th century. Not long after the new regime came to power in bloody killings, assassinations of high-ranking officials of the imperial court occurred one after another. The bodyguard Yin Kuiye (played by Zhao Zaixian), who was extremely skilled in martial arts, rescued them many times and was nicknamed "The Butcher" in the military. Eight ministers who presided over the bloody purge of officials from the previous dynasty were assassinated one after another, and their deaths were tragic. Yin Kuiye led his troops to protect the remaining officials and focused on the investigation. After a fight with the assassin, he learned that the opponent's sword was engraved with the words "Qingfeng Mingyue". Can't help but bring back memories of the past...
