Synopsis of The Constable

Lam Kwok-kuen (Simon Yam), captain of the fleet of the Hong Kong Kowloon City Police Department, is a conscientious and unspectacular uncle, but whenever he encounters an emergency on the streets, Quan will show off his skills and defeat the vicious villains. It turns out that Brother Quan was once an outstanding police officer in the Criminal Investigation Division, but in order to take care of his son Xiaozhong, who is mentally retarded and unable to take care of himself, he voluntarily chose to retreat behind the scenes and live an ordinary and monotonous life.
