Synopsis of Silicon Valley Season 1

The story takes place in the Silicon Valley of the United States, where high-tech industries gather. Here, the people who are most qualified to succeed are often the people who are least able to deal with their "success and fame." The protagonist Richard (played by Thomas Middleditch) in this play ) is exactly such a person. The story revolves around four socially unsociable but extremely smart computer programmers, including Richard, and Ehrlich (played by T.J. Miller), a millionaire who made his fortune early on through Internet websites. Richard and the others lived for free in Ehrlich's villa known as the "incubator" and researched and developed potential technological projects on their own. They originally thought that the "Pied Piper" developed by Richard was destined to be a failed product. Unexpectedly, the new compression algorithm it used had unlimited commercial potential, and it immediately attracted the attention of large companies for "mutual benefit" and wanted to acquire it at a high price. Just when Richard was about to agree, another investment company joined the fight, and the "Pied Piper" suddenly rose, and a battle worth tens of millions began.
