Synopsis of A Man Apart

The border area between the United States and Mexico has become a paradise for drug traffickers due to chaotic management. Anti-narcotics agent Sean Witt (Vin Diesel) is shrewd and capable. After unremitting efforts, he finally worked with his peers to capture the drug lord Lucero. However, Lucero warned Sean that he had made a big mistake. Sure enough, the drug market has redefined the scope of interests due to Lucero's imprisonment. A new drug lord who calls himself "Diablo" goes on a killing spree.
