Synopsis of Love Letters
Allen (Joseph Cotten) is a soldier. His comrade Roger (Robert Sully) asks Allen to help him write a letter to his girlfriend Victoria. In the process, Allen cannot help but fall in love with this plain girl. A girl I have never met. In an accident, Allen was injured and entered the hospital for recuperation, but Roger returned to his hometown before him, and successfully entered into marriage with Victoria hand in hand. Although Allen felt very sad, he could only offer his blessings. What Allen didn't expect was that not long after, he received news of Roger's death, so he came to Roger's hometown to find Victoria. However, when Alan arrived at his destination, he was shocked to learn that Victory had also died, and the figure of another girl named Singleton (Jennifer Jones) surfaced.
