Synopsis of Last Hope

Teito University Advanced Medical Center gathers 6 talents from different departments. They are of different ages and have different personalities. Hematologist Yukiyo Ogihara (played by Eiko Koike): unrestrained personality and a gambling hobby; cardiac surgeon Junji Takagi (played by Seiichi Tanabe): confident and fond of women; neurosurgeon Tachibana Ayumi (played by Mikako Tabe) ): called a machine, with a cold face; neuro-ophthalmologist Masaomi Soejima (played by Kitamura Yuka): rational and calm, money first; Professor of the Laboratory of Applied Medicine Toshiaki Komaki (played by Fumiyo Kohinata): Nobel Prize winner, theoretical Rich knowledge; physician Hatano Takumi (played by Masaki Aiba): known as "quack doctor", his father submitted his resume, and was accidentally transferred here from a private clinic. He eats desserts on time at 3 o'clock every day. Such a group of doctors with different personalities, the stories behind them and the difficulties in reality are intertwined, playing out quite suspenseful hospital stories.
