Synopsis of The Skin

Zhong Tonghui is an unknown graphic model. She witnessed her mother committing suicide when she was young, and has been plagued by nightmares ever since. One day while working, Tong Hui received a mysterious funeral invitation letter. The deceased was Tong Hui's wealthy aunt. Tonghui came to her aunt's remote mansion and met the gentle Mrs. Fang next door. She also met the handsome man Li Baile who came to attend the funeral. At the same time, the scene of her mother's suicide reappeared in Tong Hui's nightmare. What was even more terrifying was that blood oozed from the bathtub in the bedroom. Tong Hui followed Li Baile to investigate quietly and saw that someone still seemed to be living in her aunt's room. Tong Hui's doubts are increasing day by day, and Li Baile's company is her only comfort. One day when the two of them were walking, they met a pair of gangsters. The gangsters called Li Baile ungrateful and changed his name to become a pretty boy. When the gangster snatched Li Baile's ring away, Li Baile suddenly seemed like a different person. His eyes showed fear and helplessness, and one word popped out of his mouth: Save me!
