Rules of Engagement

Synopsis of Rules of Engagement

Veteran Terry (Samuel L. Jackson) faces an upcoming trial, in which he is accused of attacking demonstrators during an operation to protect the ambassador, killing nearly 80 unarmed innocent civilians. Loss of life. In the face of this accusation, Talley maintained his innocence because he knew that the demonstrators were not unarmed and that they were the first to attack the embassy. Soon Terry discovered that all signs pointed to Terry being at a disadvantage. Before the outcome of the trial was revealed, the government and the military seemed to have regarded the incident as a scandal. They not only forged testimonies, but also eliminated all evidence that was favorable to Terry. Faced with this conspiracy, Terry was not prepared to give up. He contacted his old comrade-in-arms lawyer Hayes (Tommy Lee Jones), hoping to regain his innocence with his help.
