Synopsis of Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance

Ryu (Shin Ha Kyun) is a deaf-mute young man who has been living with his sister since the death of his parents. In a special school, he met his girlfriend (played by Bae Doona) who pretended to be deaf, and their relationship developed well. But my sister is terminally ill and needs a kidney transplant to stay alive.
