Synopsis of Berberian Sound Studio

"Berberian Sound Studio" has a special status in the hearts of fans of early Italian cult horror films. It is known as "Italy's cheapest and most cutting-edge studio". The story of this film took place in the 1970s. Gilderoy (Toby Jones) is a British sound effects engineer. He accepted a film recording job in Italy. The director he works with is Santini (played by Antonio Mancino), who is mysterious and has a bad temper. When Gilderoy started working on the film, he discovered that the film was far more bloody and violent than he had imagined.
