Synopsis of The Empress of China

The story begins in the eleventh year of Zhenguan. Ruyi (played by Fan Bingbing) participated in the election of the harem of the Tang Dynasty. She shocked everyone with her "Lanling Prince Enters the Battle Song" and attracted the attention of Tang Taizong Li Shimin (played by Zhang Fengyi).
