Synopsis of money
Marcel L’Herbier, one of the masters of French Impressionism, directed the 1928 silent film epic L’Argent, starring Brigitte Helm, Marie Glory and Yvette Guilbert. The film uses a small story to reflect the broad reality. Jacques and his wife, who wanted to achieve their own flying feat, were taken advantage of by a banker.
