Synopsis of The Protector

When night falls over New York, it turns into a crime-ridden city. Chinese policeman Huang Billy (Jackie Chan) and his colleagues came to a bar to celebrate their tenth anniversary in the United States. Unexpectedly, their colleagues were killed by a group of robbers who broke in. The angry Billy punished the murderer, which angered his boss and was sent to the police station as a punishment. Law and order was maintained at the fashion show of tycoon Sabi Lu. During the performance, Sabi Lu's daughter Rona was kidnapped by a group of people. Binny, Sabi Lu's bodyguard, had made multiple calls to Hong Kong before the incident. Various signs indicate that Sabilu has cooperated with Hong Kong's number one drug lord, Gao Weiluo (played by Qiao Hong), and a dispute between the two may lead to this kidnapping. Billy and his partner Danny (Danny Aiello) went to Hong Kong, where they found Gao Weiluo's two former partners Li Xing and He Tian's daughter He Meifang (Ye Qianwen), hoping that the other party could provide clues. Gao Weiluo quickly sent people to hunt down Billy and Danny, as well as their former partners. Billy broke through many obstacles, found out Gao Weilao's lair, and led his partners to launch a fierce attack on Gao...
