Synopsis of The Blacklist Season 2

NBC management praised the show as NBC's "strongest new show" in ten years and was very optimistic about its prospects. For decades, former military intelligence officer Raymond "Red" Reddington has been a prominent figure on the FBI's most wanted fugitive list. He handles various transactions for all kinds of criminals around the world and brokers illegal businesses. He is known as the "Administrator of the Criminal World." However, what is shocking is that he actually "surrendered" to the FBI, which had never caught him, and offered a mysterious but amazing condition: He is willing to help the federal government catch the man who everyone thought was dead long ago. Terrorist Ranko Zamani, but he only talks to one federal agent - Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone), a "rookie" who has just graduated from training to become an FBI junior analyst. Liz was confused by this sudden situation - this was her first day at work!
