Synopsis of AIR

This is a story that spans thousands of years. The young Kunisaki Miuto (voiced by Ono Daisuke), who makes a living by performing puppets, walked to a seaside town. The wandering man has been looking for the "girl in the sky", which is what his mother had said to him before she passed away. It turns out that there is such a story circulating. The girl with wings was regarded as a symbol of misfortune and was kept in a dark room all day long until she met the destined boy. The two fell in love like this, but this love affair was not allowed. So the girl was cursed and fell into reincarnation. Mikuto meets the girl Kamio Kansuzu (voiced by Renko Kawakami) in a small town. The frail and sickly Guan Ling bears a striking resemblance to the legendary girl. And their encounter was like the legend thousands of years ago, and the gears of reincarnation began to operate endlessly again... This film is adapted from Key's famous game of the same name, and there is also a theatrical animation of the same name.
