Synopsis of The Kingdom

In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, intensive gunfire and huge explosions tore through the tranquility of upscale residential areas. Terrorist attacks on Westerners left hundreds dead, and even federal agents died in the chaos. This incident once again made the international situation, which was originally full of contradictions and undercurrents, tense. The FBI sends agent Ronald Flury (Jamie Foxx) and his team to Saudi Arabia. They have to find the person behind the scenes within five days. However, the investigation is more difficult than imagined. The Saudi authorities seem unwilling to involve the United States in "national affairs." FBI agents not only have to deal with numerous obstacles set by terrorists, but also try to overcome the obstruction and interference from Saudi officials. In order to achieve a common goal, investigators from the two countries with different cultural backgrounds gradually reached a consensus, and at this moment danger was secretly approaching them...
