Synopsis of Integrity

After years of investigation, the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption is preparing to prosecute Chen Chaoqun, the head of Lida Trading Group, and Customs official Zhong Jialing (Anita Yuen) for illegal domestic sales bribery. However, on the eve of the trial, Lida's former financial director Xu Zhiyao (played by Zhang Jiahui), who was a whistleblower and witness, temporarily changed his plan to appear in court and set off for Australia. The court gave a seven-day deadline. To this end, the person in charge of the case, Chen Jingci (played by Liu Qingyun), and his wife Jiang Xueer (played by Karen Lam), who also worked at the Independent Commission Against Corruption, jointly launched an investigation. Chen Qing tried his best to trace the evidence of Chen Chaoqun's smuggling and bribery, and tried to find out the big tiger behind it. Jiang Xueer went to Australia to urge Xu Zhiyao to return to Hong Kong to testify. In just seven days, everything is racing against time, and in the process, more truths emerge alternately...
