Synopsis of The Tatami Galaxy

The story is told in the first person of the protagonist. "I" (voiced by Shintaro Asanuma) is a third-year student at Kyoto University. I originally looked forward to a rosy and colorful university life, and hoped that I could make friends with a girl with flowing black hair. Beautiful girlfriend. However, things went against expectations. The protagonist experienced a failed love relationship and had very few friends around him. The protagonist's only friend, Ozu (voiced by Yuyuki Yoshino), looks like a monster and enjoys playing tricks on lovers. The protagonist often spurns Ozu, but cannot live without him. Then the protagonist meets his junior sister Akashi (voiced by Maaya Sakamoto), a black-haired girl with a cold personality. It was precisely because I chose the tennis club that I failed in the two years of college. So "I" imagined that if I had chosen another club when I entered school, would I have experienced a completely different college life? From the perspective of parallel time and space, this work revolves around the protagonist starting from the beginning of choosing a club as a freshman, choosing a variety of different clubs, and developing a different youth story.
