Synopsis of Halston

The limited series Halston tells the story of the legendary fashion designer (played by Ewan McGregor), who built a fashion empire that symbolized luxury, sex, status and fame with his eponymous brand, and... defined the era in which he lived - New York in the 1970s and 1980s - until a hostile takeover threatened to take away the Houston name, forcing him to fight to keep his most valuable asset. The executive producer team of the series includes Ryan Murphy, Ian Brennan, Alexis Martin Woodall, Daniel Minahan, Ewan McGregor, Christine Vachan , Pamela Kovler, Eric Kovtun and Shari White of KillerFilms. Minahan also serves as series director.
