Synopsis of Sex/Life Season 1

Sex/Life tells the story of a love triangle between a woman, her husband, and her old flame, taking a fresh look at female identity and desire. Billie Connelly (Sarah Shahi) was not born to live in the suburbs as a stay-at-home wife and mother. Billie was a free-spirited wild child before marrying the loving and dependable Cooper (Mike Vogel) and moving to Connecticut. She lives in New York with her best friend Sasha (Marguerite Odette), working hard and having fun. Burned out from caring for two young children and nostalgic for the past, Billie starts writing in a diary, fantasizing about a passionate journey with her sexy ex-boyfriend Brad (Adam Demos) - a relationship with She has been unable to let go of the breakup. But the more Billie thought about it, the more she couldn't figure out how she ended up where she was today. Then her husband discovered her diary. Will the truth about Billie's past spark a sexual revolution in her marriage? Or will she reconnect with the man who abandoned her and broke her heart?
