Synopsis of Nailbiter

A very extraordinary day in a small town in the United States. A powerful tornado is about to sweep through this place. At a time when people are afraid to avoid it, Janet (Erin McGrane), her mother who has been addicted to alcohol for four consecutive months, takes Jennifer (Meg Saricks), Alice (Emily Boresow) and Sally The three daughters drove out to pick up their husbands, who had been serving in overseas battlefields for the past few years. Unexpectedly, halfway through the car, a tornado suddenly appeared behind him. At the critical moment, Janet parked the car on the side of the road and ran away with her daughter to a nearby house. They desperately called the door but no one responded, so they had to break the lock of the basement and hide in. After the tornado, the downed trees pressed against the basement door, and the mobile phone signal was also very weak, so calls for help went unanswered. What makes the mother and daughter even more desperate is that there seem to be some mysterious people determined to trap them here, and the aura of terror and death spreads...
