Synopsis of The Ferryman
A group of very adventurous young people such as Suzi (Kerry Fox) and Tate (Sally Stockwell) decided to sail from New Zealand to Fiji to enjoy their thrilling vacation. When the ship was sailing in the middle of the South Pacific, heavy fog arose on the sea, and all communications were interrupted. Just as they were anxious, a dilapidated small fishing boat appeared in front of them from far away. There is a dying Greek (played by John Rhys-Davies) on the ship. He claims to know how to cheat death and has lived for centuries so far. But now that the deadline is approaching, the ferryman from the Santu River in Hell is coming with an oar to take him to another world. Although the young man did not quite believe what he said, from the moment the Greeks boarded the ship, strange things happened one after another...
