Synopsis of Hamburger Hill

This is a film of typical American heroism. During the Vietnam War, many young people like Vincent (played by Anthony Barrile) who had the ideal of joining the war or had various reasons to join the war came to the Airborne Division. Although they belonged to the same unit, due to the prevalence of racial discrimination at the time, The atmosphere in the army is not so harmonious. On this day, the airborne division received a mission, which was to capture Hill 937 in Ashi Valley. When Vincent's airborne troops landed at the designated location, they found that the defending North Vietnamese troops were ready to attack. Thus, an extremely difficult tug-of-war began. The North Vietnamese army had a lot of numerical advantages, and the US military suffered heavy casualties. However, in order to complete the mission, US soldiers of different races who originally had grievances against each other put aside all previous prejudices and worked together to attack together. After 11 attacks, they finally occupied Hill 937. Because the place was littered with corpses, the soldiers called it "Hamburg Heights."
