Synopsis of The Flash Season 2

At the age of 11, Alan's (Grant Gustin) mother died mysteriously, and his father was blamed as the murderer. Afterwards, detective Joe (Jesse L. Martin) takes in the lonely Allen. Under Joe's influence, Allen becomes a CSI forensics analyst as an adult. He never gave up the investigation into the real cause of his mother's death. Allen was very fascinated by the particle accelerator studied by scientist Harrison (Tom Cavanagh). However, an accident caused the accelerator to explode, and Allen was hit and fell into a coma. When Alan woke up nine months later, he was surprised to find that something had happened magically inside him, giving him special abilities. As time goes by, Alan begins to understand that there are many people in the world who have the same superpowers as himself, and protecting the safety of citizens becomes his new responsibility and task.
