Synopsis of Cloud Atlas

In 1850, in the South Pacific, American notary Adam Ewing (played by Jim Sturgess) was tortured by an unknown parasitic disease on a ship. He recorded what he saw and heard in a diary; in 1931, Scotland, a down-and-out young man. Robert Frobisher (played by Ben Whishaw) recorded music scores for the music master, and was inspired by half a travel diary to create the magnificent "Cloud Atlas Sextet"; in 1975, in California, USA, tabloid reporter Louisa Ray (Halle Berry) risked her life to investigate a nuclear power plant scandal. She was moved by an unknown piece of music in an old record store; in 2012, publisher Timothy was imprisoned in a nursing home in London, England. ·Cavendish (played by Jim Broadbent) carries a stack of documentary literature written by a female reporter, and plans to make his "prison escape experience" into a movie; utopian future, Seoul, restaurant waiter clone star Mei-451 (played by Doona Bae) began to form self-awareness and resist humans. She read a book in the human library...
