Synopsis of Out for Justice
The story takes place in present-day Brooklyn, where policeman Gino (played by Seager) was born and grew up. He has witnessed all the changes here, but there is one thing he cannot tolerate. Li Qi, Gino's childhood rival, chose the opposite path and turned the entire neighborhood into a killing battlefield. Like an unstoppable mad dog, he killed people everywhere and killed Gino's friends in the street. Gino was extremely angry and decided to bring Li Qi to justice at any cost, so a thrilling hunt began.
