Synopsis of The Suspect

On the streets of downtown Korea, there lives a taciturn and submissive man Ji Dongzhe (played by Kong Yoo). He works as a driving agent and is used to seeing others' glares and insults. The real him is a former member of the special forces who escaped from North Korea and was willing to abandon everything in order to track down the murderer who killed his wife and children. In North Korea, he gained the respect of the respected Chairman Park. Unexpectedly, the president was killed one night. The old man gave his glasses to Dongzhe before he died. Dongzhe, who became an important suspect in the case, was involved in a series of whirlpools full of killings and conspiracies, not to mention that there was a huge secret hidden in those glasses. North Korea's secret service is ready to take action, and Colonel Min Se-hun (Park Hee-soon), the training instructor of the Air Force Special Forces' CCT, is also hot on Dong-cheol's pursuit. Standing at the forefront of the storm, Dongzhe was forced to deal with all forces on his own...
