Synopsis of Edmond

Edmond Rostand (played by Thomas Soliwell) is approaching thirty years old. After getting married and having children, his writing has reached a low ebb. The anxiety of running out of talents has made this 19th-century Parisian playwright extremely depressed. Then the muse arrives, a heart-warming girl who announces the mockery of fate. Only by assisting his friends to pursue the girl, and turning the love affair into a drama, he transcended all jealousy and madness, and finally became a comedy hero, a masterpiece that was written and rehearsed at the same time. Today, everyone knows about "The Big-Nosed Lover", and its birth turned out to be even more legendary.
