Synopsis of The Legions
It tells the story of Krzysztof, a deserter from the Tsarist Russian army who joined the Allied Polish Army during World War I and met his wife who was serving in the women's intelligence corps. The film describes the major historical events experienced by the Polish Legion from 1914 to 1916. Except for the male and female protagonists, who are fictional characters, the activities of other supporting characters in the film, such as the King of Poland and General Piłsudski, are all based on real historical experiences.
