Synopsis of Ice Cream and the Sound of Raindrops
A youth group portrait story based on "movies and stage plays" ~ the gorgeous images of Matsui Daigo traveling between "reality and fiction". Music group MOROHA, who has previously collaborated with Matsui Daigo, will be responsible for the music production of this film, and fashion designer KEISUKEYOSHIDA will also participate in film production for the first time as a "clothing designer." The film was shortlisted for the Japanese Film Un Certain Regard section of this year's Tokyo International Film Festival and will be released in the spring of 2018.
