Synopsis of Old Boys

This school film, a remake of "Cyran de Bergerac," sets the story at Caldermount, an all-boys boarding school that values athletic achievement far more than academic ability. Amberson, a clumsy but imaginative student from the lowest rungs of society, has his world turned upside down when Agnes, the passionate daughter of a visiting French teacher, appears. Even so, he plays matchmaker between Agnes and the handsome but extremely stupid school sports hero Winchester. In the end, will Amberson have the courage to express his feelings to her and stand up for himself?
