Synopsis of The Flash

Allen (John Wesley Shipp) was born in a police family. His brother Jay (Tim Thomerson) is the captain of the motorcycle police team, and Allen himself is a research specialist in the crime laboratory. Recently, the emergence of motorcycle gangs in the city has made citizens deeply uneasy. This group of thugs burns, kills, loots and commits all kinds of evil, becoming a worm that destroys the peace of the city. The speedsters committed another crime. Allen collected the soil left at the scene as evidence and brought it back to the laboratory for research. Unexpectedly, an explosion occurred during the research process, and a bolt of lightning struck Allen. Allen, who thought he was certain to die, luckily escaped death, but gained superpowers due to the electric shock and became the Flash. The leader of the Speeding Party, Pike (Mariko Tse), has always had a grudge against Jie. During an operation, Jie unfortunately died, and Allen inherited his brother's unfinished mission and vowed to capture Pike and bring him to justice.
