Synopsis of The Rebound

Sandy (Catherine Zeta Jones) is a full-time housewife who takes good care of her son and daughter every day and is her husband's virtuous wife. However, while searching for a birthday party video for her son, she accidentally discovered evidence of her husband's affair, and the cruel reality crushed her. She divorced without hesitation and brought her children to New York, renting an apartment and looking for a job at the same time. While renting an apartment, she met a young landlord, Frank (Jake Cherry). The latter is a waiter who works in a cafe. He has also just divorced and successfully interviewed for a job at a women's center. In an active defense class, the two met again. He was a fully armed partner and she was a trainee. After being coaxed by her mentor, she got into the mood and vented her anger on her husband. At that moment, he suddenly understood the tenant's difficulties, and their relationship heated up. At Sandy's invitation, Frank became her child's nanny, and the two gradually collided with each other...
