Synopsis of The People Under the Stairs
The 13-year-old boy nicknamed "Stupid" (Brandon Quintin Adams) lives in a slum. "Idiot's" mother was seriously ill and in urgent need of medical treatment, but the family was ordered by the landlord to move out immediately. In order to keep the house and treat his mother's illness, "Idiot" listened to Leroy (Ving Rhames)'s advice and planned to steal from the notorious landlord's house. There are many legends about the landlord and his wife. It is said that there are countless gold coins hidden in their house. Some people say that it is a scary house, and no one passing by dares to turn around and take a look.
