Synopsis of Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan

Travis Fimmel, Luke Bracey, Richard Roxberg ([Hacksaw Ridge]), Daniel Webb ("The Punisher") will star in the Vietnam War-themed movie "The Danger Is Near" ( DangerClose, tentative translation), the film is directed by Cliff Standers ([The Adventures of Red Dog]). The story is set in southern Vietnam in 1966. It tells the story of a stalemate between Australian and New Zealand soldiers and 2,500 Vietnamese soldiers in the pouring rain. Filming will begin this month in Queensland, Australia.
