Synopsis of High Risk

Explosives expert Li Jie (played by Jet Li) once made a mistake in executing a mission and witnessed his wife and children being blown up alive. He was heartbroken and resigned from his official position. While searching for the murderer of his wife and children, he used a bold pseudonym to work for the emperor and superstar Long Wei (Jacky Cheung). ) acted as a bodyguard and stand-in, performing scenes of his escape from time to time.
