Synopsis of Kidnapped

Timothy Hutton and Dana Delaney play a wealthy and powerful New York couple in this thrilling series. Their teenage son was kidnapped. With local law enforcement, the FBI and private negotiations fully involved in the case, it seemed likely that the boy would be rescued immediately. But as the plot unfolds, the secrets hidden behind this seemingly perfect family begin to surface. ​ Knapp, a former FBI agent whose career ended prematurely when he failed to investigate a kidnapping case. From then on he vowed not to let any child abductions succeed. So he began to concentrate on investigating the kidnapping case. However, his behavior was not understood by the FBI, and he was forced to slow down because of this. However, always troubled by missing children, Knapp changed his past non-traditional methods of information extraction and research on criminal factors and strategies, and began to search for missing children on his own.
