Synopsis of NYC: Tornado Terror

In the international metropolis of New York, the United States, local residents are enjoying a beautiful afternoon, unaware that an unprecedented crisis is approaching the city. On the grass in Central Park, people were laughing and chatting leisurely. Suddenly, a small whirlwind appeared in the middle of the grass. Children chased it and played wildly.
